Show notes

There is a particular ache that comes from knowing where you are headed while still living in the version of yourself you have not yet outgrown. Most of us treat that gap as proof that something has gone wrong. This conversation offers a different reading of it.

We look at what it means to hold ambition and patience in the same hand. Not the passive kind of patience that waits for life to happen, but the kind that keeps showing up to the same small practices when nobody is watching and nothing looks like it is moving.

We also name the cost. Becoming is not free. It asks you to release the identity that once kept you safe, and that release rarely feels holy while it is happening. It usually just feels like loss.

If you are in a season where the growth is real but invisible, this one is for you. You are not behind. You are being formed.

He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.
